PLEASE NOTE: Due to pending repairs to the dividing wall that are necessary to be able to use it safely, we can only offer one reservation at a time, for the entire room. It cannot be divided into two smaller rooms.

Courtside Room

• 28 tables, 85 chairs, large-screen TV with HDMI inputs, projector screen, podium, Wi-Fi.
• This room may be reserved for use after library hours. However all after-hours reservations must begin prior to the library's closing time and end by 10:00 p.m. 
• Maximum capacity of Courtside Room per Fire Code is 106.

Diamond Room

• 8 tables, 35 chairs, large flat-screen TV with HDMI inputs, podium, Wi-Fi.
• To reserve the entire meeting room space (up to 106 occupancy, 80 chairs total), you must reserve both the Diamond and Courtside rooms (the two adjoining smaller rooms) for the same date/time.
• This room may be reserved for use after library hours. However all after-hours reservations must begin prior to the library's closing time and end by 10:00 p.m.
• Maximum capacity of Diamond Room per Fire Code is 42.

Zoom ROOM

In addition to our meeting rooms, a soundproof phone booth is available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. These "Zoom ROOMs" are perfect for virtual meetings, online interviews, and other times when a quiet workspace is needed. Funds for this project have been provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records.
