Maximum capacity of Diamond Room per Fire Code is 42.
To reserve the entire meeting room space (up to 106 occupancy, 100 chairs total), you must reserve both the Diamond and Courtside rooms (the two adjoining rooms) for the same date/time.
This room may be reserved for use after-library hours. However you must have the last reservation of the day, and must check in to use the room before closing time. All meetings must end by 10:00 p.m.
