​This weekly program is just for adults. Join us for a variety of events that will allow you to disconnect and relax. Will you make something? Maybe. Will you learn something? Hopefully. Will you enjoy yourself? Definitely. ​

 

Mindful Meditation: Give your mind a time out. Please joing us as we cultivate mindfulness through presence, explanding inot a clearer state of mind and deepening the ability to self-regulate and de-stress. Meditation beads and pillow welcome.
