Tahoe Treks: The Lake Tahoe Water Trail

The Lake Tahoe Water Trail is a designated water route along the 72-mile shoreline that connects public launch sites to help paddlers have a safe and fun experience.  Becky Bell, Project Manager with the Sierra Business Council will discuss the formation of the water trail and the newest edition of the Water Trail Map & Access Guide.  T. Will Richardson, PhD., Executive Director of the Tahoe Institute of Natural Science, will discuss shoreline flora and fauna and Librarian John Crockett will share his experience kayaking the trail.
