The Duncan/Traner Community Library will be closed Thursday, July 16 and Friday, July 17, for carpet cleaning. The Northwest Reno Library is closed for heating and cooling replacement and roof retrofit. The branch is expected to reopen in late summer.
STEAM: Oreo Cookie Moon Phases
Join us every other Tuesday for an afternoon of drop-in STEAM activities. These projects are best suited for ages 7 and up with an adult. The library provides all necessary materials and no registration is required.
Blast off to the library for a sweet science adventure! Participants will learn all about the phases of the moon using Oreo cookies. Of course, participants will get to eat the "moon".
