SUMMARY:Yiddish Book Group: A Jewish Refugee in New York
DESCRIPTION:This meeting\, we'll be discussing Kadya Molodovsky's novel A
Jewish Refugee in New York: Rivke Zilberg's Journal. We will also be
introducing the final book in the series. Copies of the book will be
available for participants. We'll meet again on November 11 to discuss our
last book.\n\nThe Yiddish Book Center's Public Libraries Program brings
Yiddish literature in translation to libraries nationwide\, encouraging
connections and sparking cross-cultural dialogue. Join us to read Yiddish
books in English\, learn about Yiddish culture\, and discuss the universal
experience of being caught between differing identities\, experiences\, and
 cultures.\n\n \n\n
