All Washoe County Library locations will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, for Veterans Day.
Be aware that there may be delays accessing the South Valleys Library, due to construction on Wedge Parkway.
Holiday Read-Aloud Book Club
We're introducing a new monthly read-aloud book club in 2026. Join us for a special holiday event to preview what we have planned.
Library staff will read aloud from some of their holiday favorites, and then lead a discussion where you can share their own favorites. Book selections will be geared toward older kids but can be enjoyed by all ages.
