Interactive nutrition education sessions focusing on the dietary management of chronic conditions. The educational module comprises of 6 sessions, that include lecture demonstrations, quizzes, participatory learning exercises in small groups and as Indvidual's and take-home recipe booklets and factsheets on nutrition, specific to the themes.
