Move Your Body for Teens
Come experience a fun class that will move your body with a combination of functional movements with elements of yoga, gymnastics, calisthenics and even basic steps from various dance styles (salsa, samba, Bollywood, country line dancing, Charleston). No experience needed. Ages 12–18.
All participants under age 18 are required to have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian: Waiver of Liability
