Lifelong Learning: Oil Pastel Smudge Mini Workshop
Join esteemed artist, Carol Foldvary-Anderson, as she teaches the technique of oil pastel smudge. All supplies are provided! Space is limitied and registration is required.
Multi award winning inventor/arts educator, and grant recipient of the Nevada Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, Carol, will guide you through this 2 hour workshop working with simple shapes created from a template you cut and design yourself.
This event will be held at the Incline Village Community Center located next door to the library.
