Primal Movement Flow for Teens
Come experience a fun class that will move your body in a sequence of functional movements with elements of yoga, gymnastics, and calisthenics. We will hinge, squat, crawl, lunge, twist and roll while using transition movements. Consistently practicing a flow with primal movements can promote strength, increase flexibility and mobility, and improve aspects of neuromuscular control (balance, body awareness, and confidence with movement). No experience needed. Ages 12-18.
All participants under age 18 are required to have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian: Waiver of Liability
