The Downtown Reno Library will be closing starting Monday, November 27 for renovations to the elevator, and is expected to reopen with limited services on Monday, December 18.
STEAM Thursday - Popsicle Stick Catapults
Join us each Thursday at the North Valleys Library for an afternoon of STEAM from 3:30-5:30 pm. Each week, we will learn together through hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math projects. Projects are recommended for children ages 7 and older. Parental guidance is recommended and encouraged for all projects.
We're taking on an engineering challenge this week! Learn how to design and construct your own catapults and launchers from popsicle sticks.
No registration is required. Drop-in from 3:30-5:30. All STEAM projects are available while supplies last.
