Courtside Room

• 16 tables, 50 chairs, large-screen TV with HDMI input, Wi-Fi.
• To reserve the entire meeting room space (up to 106 occupancy, 80 chairs total), you must reserve both the Courtside and Diamond rooms (the two adjoining smaller rooms) for the same date/time.
• This room may be reserved for use after library hours. However all after-hours reservations must begin prior to the library's closing time and end by 10:00 p.m. 
• Maximum capacity of Courtside Room per Fire Code is 64.

Diamond Room

• 8 tables, 35 chairs, large flat-screen TV with HDMI input, Wi-Fi.
• To reserve the entire meeting room space (up to 106 occupancy, 80 chairs total), you must reserve both the Diamond and Courtside rooms (the two adjoining smaller rooms) for the same date/time.
• This room may be reserved for use after library hours. However all after-hours reservations must begin prior to the library's closing time and end by 10:00 p.m.
• Maximum capacity of Diamond Room per Fire Code is 42.

Zoom ROOM

In addition to our meeting rooms, a soundproof phone booth is available for use on a first-come, first-served basis during open hours. These "Zoom ROOMs" are perfect for virtual meetings, online interviews, and other times when a quiet workspace is needed. Funds for this project have been provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Nevada State Library, Archives and Public Records.

AFTER-HOURS USE: The Courtside and Diamond rooms may be reserved for use after library hours. However all meetings must begin prior to the library's closing time and end by 10:00 p.m.

South Valleys Library Hours

To reserve the entire meeting room space (up to 106 occupancy, with 16 tables and 60 chairs), you must reserve both the Diamond and Courtside rooms (the two adjoining smaller rooms) for the same date/time.
